Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized pieces (all monya_ pieces are made to order) we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there was a mistake with the final piece you received, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days after receipt so we can make it right.

Chains

We offer exchanges on chains if you prefer a different length. We also offer a 30-day return policy on any chains that you do not adore. To be eligible for a chain refund, your item needs to be new and unworn, in re-stockable condition, and returned in the original monya_ packaging. Please note that for domestic returns there is a $5 shipping fee.

Upon receipt of the returned chain, we will notify you via email within five business days of the status of your refund. If there are no unforeseen issues we will refund your purchase price (minus the $5 return shipping fee) to your original method of payment. Please email hello@monyajewelry.com to initiate a return.

Please note: we cannot cancel orders unless the order is less than 24 hours old.
